Important regulatory and intended-use notice
Products listed on this website are offered and supplied solely for lawful laboratory, analytical and in-vitro research purposes. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, they are not offered or supplied as medicines, foods, food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, veterinary products or consumer health products.
No statement on this website represents that a product is authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or another regulator for administration to humans or animals. Nothing on this website is medical, veterinary, diagnostic, prescribing, dosing, treatment, legal or regulatory advice.
Scientific and research information
Product pages may summarise biological pathways, experimental findings and areas investigated in published scientific research. That material describes research context only. It is not a direction for use, a promise or guarantee of an outcome, a recommendation, a clinical claim, or evidence that a product is safe, effective or suitable for any human, veterinary, cosmetic or consumer application.
References to effects, mechanisms or findings reported in scientific literature do not change the research-only status or permitted use of any product. Research evolves, study conditions differ, and findings from preclinical, in-vitro or other experimental work must not be treated as established clinical outcomes.
No human or veterinary use
Products must not be consumed, self-administered, injected, ingested, inhaled, applied topically, implanted, used in food or cosmetics, compounded for a patient, used for diagnosis or treatment, or used in any human or veterinary procedure. They are not supplied for clinical, therapeutic, recreational, household or personal use.
Purchasers must not market, relabel, repackage, resell, distribute or describe products in a way that implies approved medicinal, therapeutic, cosmetic, diagnostic, veterinary or consumer use. Products must not be supplied to any person where the purchaser knows or reasonably suspects that prohibited use is intended.
Purchaser declaration and eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, import, store, handle and use the products in your jurisdiction for a lawful research purpose.
You also confirm that the order is not being placed for human or animal use; that the products will be handled by appropriately informed persons in suitable facilities; and that you will comply with applicable laws, import controls, institutional rules, professional standards, safety procedures and disposal requirements.
We may request additional information, carry out compliance checks, restrict quantities, refuse service, cancel or delay an order, or decline delivery where the purchaser, destination, intended use, order pattern, payment or other circumstances create a legal, regulatory, safety, fraud or misuse concern. Any payment taken for an order we do not accept will be returned in accordance with applicable law.
Quality terms, purity and documentation
Terms concerning grade, quality, purity, stabilisation, temperature management, laboratory preparation or manufacturing standards describe product specifications, processes or analytical information only. They do not mean that a product is licensed, approved, sterile, clinically validated or suitable for administration, treatment, diagnosis or any other prohibited use.
Certificates of analysis, purity statements, batch records and other documents apply only to the product and batch identified in the relevant document. Availability and testing scope may vary. A certificate or analytical result does not establish suitability for a medical, veterinary, cosmetic or consumer application. Contact us before ordering if a particular batch document or specification is essential to your research.
Laboratory handling, storage and disposal
The purchaser is responsible for appropriate risk assessment, trained personnel, facilities, access control, personal protective equipment, storage, security, records, spill procedures and lawful disposal. Follow the label, batch documentation and any applicable safety data. Any information about storage, cooling, dilution or preparation is provided solely to support laboratory integrity and controlled research processing; it is not an instruction for administration.
Once delivery is completed, the purchaser is responsible for preventing unauthorised access, misuse, contamination, substitution, relabelling or diversion.
Orders, shipping and import controls
Availability at checkout does not guarantee that purchase, import, possession or use is lawful in every destination. The purchaser must check applicable requirements before ordering. International purchasers are responsible for import eligibility, permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes and local restrictions. We may withhold or cancel shipment where lawful delivery cannot be confirmed.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly agreed. Courier delays, customs action, weather, address errors and compliance checks may affect delivery. Please review our Shipping & Delivery policy for further information.
Returns, seals and order issues
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law. Where a lawful health-protection, hygiene or contamination-control exception applies, a product with a tamper-evident product seal cannot be returned for change of mind after that seal has been opened, broken or removed. This does not affect rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revitalise Research Ltd is not responsible for loss caused by prohibited use, unlawful purchase or import, incorrect handling or storage, unauthorised resale, failure to follow product or batch documentation, failure to carry out an appropriate risk assessment, or failure to comply with applicable requirements.
Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the website excludes or limits liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
External publications and links
Any reference or link to a paper, database or third-party website is provided for general research context. It does not constitute endorsement, verification of every statement, or a recommendation to use a product. Third-party content may change and is governed by its own terms.
Consumer rights and fair terms
Nothing in this notice removes any mandatory right or remedy. If you purchase as a consumer, rights concerning cancellation, delivery, faulty goods, satisfactory quality and accurate description continue to apply where the law provides them. The specialist or research-only nature of a product does not by itself remove statutory consumer rights.
